Since the creation of the company in 2012, SENTEC ING. committed to the implementation of the MASE certification.

In December 2014, this certification was extended for 3 years, after the rigorous development and the continuous improvement of the HSE system, and thanks to the involvement of everyone.

There is a strong safety culture within SENTEC ING. employees who always want to develop and improve the safety system of the company.

The purpose of the MASE certification is to:

  • Maintain the employees’ health and improve their safety
  • Improve the control of HSE requirements implementing organisational, behavioural and material rules
  • Inform employees of the professional risks and set the preventive measures to implement
  • Train employees.

Our success relies on:

  • The regular assessment of the system by our partners and internally
  • The involvement of everyone (senior management, employees) in the maintenance, regular follow-up and improvement of the system
  • The systematic updating of the monitoring documents
  • The systematic risk analysis for work on site
  • Recording or signalling each dangerous situation or action, incident or accident.
  • The involvement of each employee of the company in this approach also enables to guarantee the worksites conformity with the safety rules and to give some advice regarding the preparation and follow-up of the implementation in hazardous environments.

SENTEC ING. safety system comply with the new MASE certificate and is built around the following 5 lines:

Senior management commitment

Preservation, spreading and application of the company safety policy, HSE indicators follow-up and planning, PPE follow-up, organisation of safety discussions.

Expertise and professional qualification follow-up

Training and professional expertise follow-up, assessment and induction of new employees.

Work preparation and organisation

The activity is monitored and organised, maintenance of a planned task schedule, monitoring of security restricted areas and vehicles, inventory of the prevention plans with preliminary risk analysis, assessment and inventory of approved subcontractors, information given to user companies in case of subcontracting.

Controls

Regular testing of the management system, internal, external or on-site audits, analysis of each accident, inventory of dangerous situations.

Continuous improvement

All the controls carried out conclude with possible improvements (listed and monitored) of the system, set up of a monthly steering committee, and regular management reviews.
